Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was equipped with 11 rooms, resting rooms, carcers, and other facilities on the 1st floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and operated a place of massage treatment and commercial sex acts, and employed G et al. as a woman engaged in commercial sex acts, and employed H et al. as a massager, for whom the Mayor/Do governor did not obtain recognition of qualification as a massage.

B is an employee of the above business place who has been in charge of duties such as guidance and accounting of customers.

1. Defendant A’s violation of the Medical Service Act shall be a person who has completed the curriculum under Article 82 of the Medical Service Act from among the visually impaired persons under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, and shall obtain the recognition

Nevertheless, in collusion with H, etc., Defendant A was aware of 80,00 won from Sep. 2, 2013 to Dec. 3, 2013 by receiving 80,000 won from his or her nameless customers, and H et al. al. in collusion with H et al. for profit-making purposes.

2. Defendant A and B violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) provided that the said Defendants: (a) provided guidance to customers on sexual traffic by finding the said business place; (b) provided the customers with sexual traffic; (c) provided the massage first to the customers, and (d) provided the women’s employees

At around 18:50 on February 13, 2014, the aforementioned Defendants conspired to offer 120,000 won from customers I and provided guidance as 102 to female employees G who are in exclusive charge of the act of similarity with customers in the above 102, as well as arranging them to conduct the act of similarity against customers. From September 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014, the aforementioned Defendants engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by allowing female employees of G, etc. to conduct the act of similarity with male customers by leading them to the sexual intercourse of male customers.
