On March 22, 2013, the Defendant driven B 5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.113% from the 8km section of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from the front side of the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju High Village to the Southern East-dong Highway road.
