Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a C LA car.

On January 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 04:07, driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.066% in the direction of the development of the second-class Highway 9.4 km in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant was driving the said car at the speed of 0.06% in blood alcohol level, and was driving the said car at the speed of one-lane from the side of the Seocho-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
