A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the supervision of the defendant due to employment relationship.

2. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act on or around November 3, 2015: (a) around November 3, 2015, he/she used the victim’s bucks that he/she was seated by hand in the Defendant’s H vehicle located near G located in F at Jeju, with his/her seat.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the supervision of the defendant due to employment relationship.

3. An indecent act committed on November 6, 2015;

A. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant, around 07:30 on November 6, 2015, on the roads near J located in Seopopopo City I, was driving the victim’s bucks that he was seated in the steering of the Defendant’s vehicle, with his hand, left the bucks by hand.

4. On November 7, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of November 7, 2015, from around 08:56 to around 10:39 of the same day, to the victim following the Defendant who committed an act.
