Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of four years, by a short term of three years and six months, and by a fine of 200,000 won.

Criminal facts

On July 29, 2019, at around 11:00 on July 29, 2019, the defendant and the respondent for probation order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendants") intimidationd the victim E (Gain, 13 years old) (hereinafter referred to as the "defendants") who was aware of the cause of the probation order and had been sent to D by phone at the defendant's home located in Daegu-gu B apartment C, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, but did not have D, but did not come to D. At around 12:25 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) 12:25 on the same day, the victim, who had been under the above circumstances in front of the above apartment Fdong, was kiscing from the elevator and getting off from the 17th floor; (b) kiscing the victim through stairs; and (c) kiscing the victim from the corridor.
