A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.

2. On December 27, 2018, from around 12:30 to 14:43 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) had the victim take a bath for the same reasons as the written in the preceding paragraph, such as “scop, opening the same year, reporting damage”; and (b) the police officers dispatched upon receipt of 112 report directed the Defendant; (c) after the police officers returned to the corridor within the Gosiwon, the police officers went back to the corridor within the Gosiwon in the Gosiwon, and (d) had other occupants in the Gosiwon, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, and knife, and caused fear to the victim and other Gosiwons by avoiding the disturbance in the same way for about two hours, disregarding it.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's notification board operation by force.

3. A special intimidation Defendant may request the victim to leave the office of the said “C building” around December 28, 2018, and also from the victim.
