Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) returned to the D Public Notice Board operated by the Victim C (Namnam and 60 years of age) in Ansan-si members B and five stories in Ansan-si, without any justifiable reason; (b) sent the corridor to a large voice; (c) opened the entrance of each room; (d) opened the door to the residents of the Public Notice Board; (d) took an article against the residents of the Public Notice Board; and (e) took a look at the time; and (e) took the victim’s desire to “prist, sick,” and interfere with the victim’s operation of the Public Notice Board by force.

2. At around 09:10 on the same day as the statement in paragraph 1, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the victim’s Gosiwon by avoiding disturbance for about two hours at the above D Gosiwon in the same manner as the statement in paragraph 1.

3. At around 12:00 on October 26, 2020, the Defendant sited in front of the inner clothes in front of the inner clothes store operated by the victim F (F (F, 55 years old) in Ansan-si E and the first floor in Ansan-si, the Defendant took a large voice by holding the victim in front of the inner clothes store operated by F (F, 5 years old), and interfered with the operation of the victim's store by force by avoiding disturbance for about 16 minutes.
