Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.071% of blood alcohol level, operated approximately KRW 300 meters from the front side of the Dobong-dong Hospital located in Busan Dongcheon-dong to the LG electronic front road located in the same Gu-dong.
