A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 4, 2020, around 20:25, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the Nam-gu Gwangju metropolitan store in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the victim D (33 years of age) who is an employee was under the influence of alcohol, and (b) caused the victim to go on the table three times in order to bring about about two weeks to the left-hand side of the victim, and (c) caused the victim to go on the table.
2. Interference with business;
A. On February 4, 2020, from around 20:25 to 20:55 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim D, for about 30 minutes, by force, prevented customers from entering the scene by means of assaulting the victim D in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and continuing to gather plastic dispute to employees E, and thereby obstructing the victim’s business by force.
B. On February 5, 2020, from around 00:00 to 00:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed a bath to the victim F on the ground that the victim’s Hju store operated by the victim F in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju does not make a contact loan; (b) expressed the victim the victim’s abrupt with the big voice called “this Chewing franch franch?” and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to the above francing employee I by using the large voice called “Chewing franch franch fe.e., this f., this g.,” and (d) expressed the victim’s desire to the above francing employee, thereby preventing the customers from entering the said francing into, thereby obstructing the victim’s business operation for about 30 minutes by force.
3. On February 5, 2020: (a) around 00:30 on February 5, 2020, the Defendant: (b) expressed to the Jink affiliated with the Jan District of the Gwangju Southern Police Station, which called to the site after having received a report of 112 that “Nins will write a bad music; (b)” and sent to the site; (c) “Lins are why the police are called out, hyp. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h., the police,”
