The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) on February 11, 2019, the Defendant was driving a BAW-to-pp motor vehicle at a two-lane road near D Company C at Osan City, and proceeds from the two-lane road near D Company C at Osan City; (b) the Defendant did not turn on the direction of driving the victim E (n.e., 59 years old) who was in the right turn at the right turn and went into the front line, and without taking any other measure, the Defendant was driving the Defendant’s motor vehicle at a rapid speed to pass the right side of the said BAW-to-hand motor vehicle, leading the victim to the above 1 week-to-day driver’s above operation of the Defendant, resulting in the victim’s damage to the victim’s 1, who is in need of treatment at the right turn; and (c) at the same time, the victim’s 1, who is the victim or the victim’s 2, and the above 15 week-to-day 1, 6.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous article, and inflicted an injury on the victim E, and at the same time damaged the property owned by the victim G.

2. The Defendant and the defense counsel’s rocketing car driven by the victim E, first of all, shocked the Defendant’s rocketing car, which the Defendant driven (hereinafter “instant prior accident”), and the Defendant concealed the victim E with the intent to arrest the flagrant offender, and stopped in front of the victim E’s rocketing car driven by the victim.

However, since the defendant at the time anticipated that the victim E will stop promptly, the defendant's intentional injury or damage to property is not recognized. ② Even if the defendant's intentional act is acknowledged, the defendant's act constitutes a justifiable act under Article 20 of the Criminal Act, which constitutes an act to arrest a flagrant offender.
