A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 04:00 on July 15, 2015, the Defendant driven Ctd XG car at the 15km section of approximately 15 km from the Ulsan-dong apartment parking lot to the fluent gas station located in the 1788-dong-dong-Eup industry from the Ulsan-dong apartment parking lot to the fluent gas station in the 1788-dong-dong-Eup industry.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice but passed a motor vehicle again under the influence of alcohol, while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
