A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for a violation of road traffic laws at the Ulsan District Court on December 24, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 1, 2015. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months for a violation of road traffic laws at the Ulsan District Court on June 2015, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of road traffic laws, etc. on October 16, 2015.

1. On October 25, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.160% in blood without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle at around 20:10 on October 25, 2016, and the Defendant driven a three-wheeled motor vehicle from the two documents in Ulsan-gun, Seogju-gun, Bollju-gun, the front day of the oil station in Ulsan-gun, to the front day of the 76-gu, U.S. Tri-do, both sides of the river.

As a result, the defendant, despite the fact that he has violated the prohibition of drinking more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle in violation of the prohibition of drinking, while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a three-wheeled motor vehicle.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle at the time of the day set forth in paragraph (1), was driving at approximately 20km in speed from the west to the west of the river of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, the front side of the 76 Tran Sports Park.
