Punishment of the crime

1. On April 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) was under the influence of 0.052% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license on April 15, 2019, the Defendant was driving in the direction of livestock on the surface of the territorial sea.
