Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 2607] Defendant CG, CH, G, and F CG operated (ju) CN, a mobile phone sales store in Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around October 2012, operated (ju) CP at the same place (U) CP at the same time, and from October 2012 to August 2013, 2012, Defendant CG as the head of the business department of (ju) CT, a mobile phone agency in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Q and 510 (KT).
Defendant

Ⅰ. Joint principal offenders by Defendant CG and CH
1. On October 10, 2012, the Defendants made arbitrarily a copy of the forged resident registration certificate in the name of the victim CW purchased from the seller of counterfeit identification cards, A, etc., written “CW”, “CX”, “CY CY 208”, “CW” in the customer address column, and “CW” in the signature column, using a forged resident registration certificate in the name of the victim CW purchased from the seller of counterfeit identification cards, including A, etc., and written in the name of the subscriber, “CX”, “CY 208”, and “CW” in the signature column.
As a result, the Defendants, in collusion, forged a letter of the LG U mobile phone entry application in the name of CW from October 6, 2012 to October 17, 2012, and forged a total of 65 private documents, such as the list of crimes (1) in the attached Table, from October 6, 2012.
2. Around October 10, 2012, the Defendants of the uttering of the aforementioned investigation document and the uttering of forged official document are forged CW with a total of three mobile phone entry applications, such as one copy of the forged CG U mobile phone entry applications in the name of the said CW, as in the preceding paragraph.
