A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 2012, 2012, the Defendant pointed out that “The victim E (the 51-year-old) who was a director at the site of D 5 sections and 6 sections located in C, which were permanently located in C, with a view to demanding the Defendant to purchase a newspaper or book of “F” to which the Defendant belongs and indicating the 11,00,000 won was remitted from the victim who was a director at the site of D 5 sections and 6 sections, which were located in C, with a view to repeatedly visiting the above site more than 10 times to the victim who did not comply with the demand of the Defendant by repeatedly visiting the above site and pointed out the scattering dust and spact, and thus, if the Defendant did not comply with the demand, the Defendant was sent KRW 1,100,000 as the purchase price for “F publication” on December 11, 2012.
In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 11,003,000 from eight victims under the pretext of newspaper, book, advertising price, etc. by abusing the status of a reporter as described in the attached list of crimes from March 2012 to October 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd the victims, thereby taking the amount equivalent to the above amount.
