Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2012, at around 19:55, the Defendant driven a 2 km Bppppppppon vehicle from the front of the dialoguer located in the Gangseo-gu dialogic Party to the front of the company in the same Ri located in the same area, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.071% during blood alcohol level.
