Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 05:20 on April 26, 2014, the Defendant, while driving a Crops car and driving a road that is located in the west-do river at the right side of the Seopopo-si at the time of Seopopopo-si, with the marked side of the 88km away from the front side of the road at the right side of the 70km speed, was negligent in performing the duty of Jeonpo-si, thereby neglecting the duty of Jeonpo-si, and caused the Defendant to die due to excessive blood transfusion, etc.
