[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by obstructing the performance of official duties at the Seoul Central District Court on December 2, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 2, 2016.

1. Injury;

A. On March 19, 2017, around 18:36, the Defendant, at the entrance of the fourth floor of the 4th floor of the “F” notice given by the victim C (68 aged) who was in the Incheon Gyeyang E and D’s fourth floor, the Defendant was residing in the Defendant’s name-unregistered savings bank employees who sought the above notice to meet the Defendant around January 2017.

A complaint is raised on the day he notified of the family room, and a victim C shall be notified of why he should report to the victim.

The term “the victim C” refers to a large sound, namely, the victim C’s neck at one time, and the victim C’s batd the bat at the wall, and applied the bat at the wall of the victim C, and thereby, the victim C was injured by the fat and tension of the bones of trees requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment.

The Defendant continued to witness the victim D(38) who is the child of the victim C, through CCTV at the above public notice tele office, and tried to remove the victim from the entrance of the above 4th floor and to stop the defendant. The Defendant, by hand, sustained the victim D, such as spiting the victim D's face one time at the left part of the victim D, and spiting the victim D's face for about two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victims respectively.

B. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D around 01:45, up to 101 heading rooms where the said victim D resides, without any particular reason, set up the entrance door, and the victim opened the said entrance, and assaulted the victim by cutting off the bridges of the victim’s breath with the victim’s hand, outside the entrance.

2. The Defendant attempted to restrain the Defendant from committing assault against the said C, by having the victim D arrive at the time, place, and place mentioned in paragraph 1-A.
