1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:
(a) KRW 2,189,142 per annum from April 19, 2014 to February 13, 2015; and
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer was made on July 2, 1932 for the area of 1907 square meters in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”). D, after D died on December 23, 1939, on August 15, 1940, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of inheritance in the E (F's name of creative name) (hereinafter referred to as the name of the F) who is his/her head, on August 31, 1981. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 31, 1981 under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Real Estate Ownership (Act No. 3094) on January 8, 1970. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 31, 1997 in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, Seoul-do, for sale.
B. However, G, the heir of E (F), filed a lawsuit seeking cancellation of the ownership transfer registration in the name of Ulsan District Court 2000Kadan5021, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan District Court 2000, and won a favorable judgment on November 29, 200, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2000 and revoked each of the above ownership transfer registration on April 12, 2001, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in E and G on the same day.
C. On May 15, 2003, G sold the instant land to H and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 16, 2003, and H sold the instant land to the Plaintiff A, I, and J on July 9, 2003 and the same year.
7. 10. Each 1/4, 1/4, 2/4 ratio of shares were completed, and I sold its shares to Plaintiff B and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 10, 2005 to Plaintiff B.
The instant land is part of the K reservoir created around 1943 and 1945. Of the land constituting the said reservoir, L, M, etc. among the land constituting the said reservoir was transferred to the Defendant’s ownership under the Act on Special Measures for the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and the claim for the cancellation of the ownership transfer registration under the name of Ulsan-gun and the Defendant’s name as the Seoul District Court No. 2003Kadan1876.
