1. Defendant B

A. B. On November 9, 2016, the Defendant sent three photo files of brongraphs taken as seen in the above paragraph (a) through the “JJ” in a place where it is difficult to know, and two photo files of the victim’s body brons taken from K (the same day, conditional suspension of prosecution on the same day) on November 2016, which were taken by the first police officer K (the same day) and two photo files of the victim’s body broned with bronet bronet, in which the victim’s body bronet was boomed, and five files were sent to A, in total.

2.
