A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No photograph shall take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or similar mechanism, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show the photographed materials to the public.

1. On August 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on August 30, 2015, 22:22:25-22:32, around the D Station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, on board the 1st subway station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul; and (b) on the Seoul Station, on the part of the Do, on the part of the Defendant’s mobile phone panty VEA Aar, the Defendant took a photograph of the ma of female victims, whose name was divingd in the said subway, on 36 occasions, by using the continuous shooting of the Defendant’s cell phone ch chrograph case “E” located in the said subway.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.

2. On September 6, 2015, around 13:28 to 13:32, the Defendant, on September 6, 2015, discovered a female victim, who was unable to know the name he/she was going to a large-scale room at a place where he/she was transferred to a branch line within the G basin located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on September 6, 2015, using the Defendant’s cell phone chpan tex tex (VEA) screened the victim’s cell phone tamp and buck tuck in two minutes by using the victim’s cell tamp tamp and bucks.

The Defendant used an escalator, which was going to the place where the injured party is going to board the powder line in the said G basin, and followed the victim, taken the victim’s ambuck and bucks on the part of the victim’s ambucks.

Accordingly, the defendant is against his will, by using a camera or other similar mechanism, likely to cause sexual humiliation or shame.
