Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2012, at around 10:30, the Defendant demanded the victim C to take a bath and walk in the D bus operated by the victim C in front of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu B, and obstructed the victim’s bus operation by force by obstructing the operation of the bus by putting about 10 minutes of the victim’s bath while putting the victim’s bath, thereby preventing the operation of the bus, such as blocking the street, etc.
