A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The registration number plate and seal shall not be detached, except where permission from the competent authority is obtained or where there is a special provision in other Acts.

Nevertheless, on June 15, 2016, the Defendant removed the front registration number plate of Crane vehicle in advance in order not to keep the registration number plate in custody on the front path B of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
