Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 2138"
1. On August 17, 2018, at around 11:49, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of foodstuffs equivalent to the total market price of KRW 19,820, such as breadbing, etc., with a well-known creb in the C sales outlet food room located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where he was displayed at a different place, such as D, an employee of the Defendant, was placed.
2. On April 20, 2019, at around 12:30 on April 20, 2019, the Defendant stolen food equivalent to KRW 19,820 in total of market prices, such as drinking water owned by the victim’s name-unclaimed winners, and drinking water, which had been displayed in other fields, at the F store food store in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. Around March 22, 2019, the Defendant embezzled stolen stolen objects without taking necessary procedures, such as acquiring a cat card, a new card, a physical check, etc., on the road near the ozone in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and returning it to the victim.
2. Around March 22, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, committed an act as if he were the lawful holder of the H card embezzled from JPC bank located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, as described in paragraph (1), and paid 30,000 won of the PC using the said PC card by deceiving his employee, and then paying the price, etc. with another person’s credit card as listed in the attached list 1 of crimes committed.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired the financial benefits of 75,220 won in total and used lost credit cards by deceiving victims or inputting and altering information without authority to the data processor, such as computer, etc.
3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud, and attempted to commit fraud using computers, etc., committed as if he were the lawful holder of the PC card embezzled at the JPC located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as described in paragraph 1, and tried to pay the PC usage fee by deceiving his employee.
