On February 26, 2016, around 05:19, the Defendant driven a CF car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.156% at a distance of about 10km from the blood alcohol level to the front of the international white apartment located in the city of Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, but around 05:19.
