Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2012, the Defendant was punished by a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch on May 20, 201, and a person who was punished by a fine of 1.5 million won at the Busan District Court on May 29, 201.

Although the Defendant was punished twice or more due to the above violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), on October 26, 2015, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol of 0.10% (0.103) with approximately 3km from the front day of the document located in the father-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-do, to the front day of the international white apartment located in the Busan-gu, Busan-do, the roads in front of the international white apartment.
