Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2011, the Defendant transferred the means of access to a post office account in Busan, Seo-dong, Busan, to a person whose name is not known, the passbook, physical card, and security card in the name of the Defendant at the post office located in Busan, Seo-dong, Busan, to a post office located in 39-10, and received KRW 150,00 in return for the following day.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions.

2. The Defendant transferred the means of access to one bank account on December 2, 2011 to a person whose name the passbook, physical check, and password in the name of the Defendant opened on December 21, 201 in the vicinity of the Akset Station in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on December 21, 201, is sent via Kwikset Service, and received KRW 360,00 won in total, such as receiving KRW 30,00 in return for December 27, 201.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions.

3. The Defendant, on January 27, 2012, sent the means of access to the account of a national bank and a community credit cooperative account to a person whose name is not known, respectively, of a national bank account opened on January 18, 2012, and of a community credit cooperative account opened on January 27, 2012, and of a community credit cooperative account (Account Number:E) opened on January 27, 2012, and received KRW 20,000 on the same day and KRW 10,000 on the following day.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions.

4. On February 15, 2012, the Defendant transferred the means of access in an electronic financial transaction by sending the passbook, physical card, and password to a person whose name is not known at a post office located in the Busan Jung-gu International Market, Jung-gu, Busan, to a person who is not aware of the passbook, physical card, and password in the name of the Defendant.
