Punishment of the crime

No person may transfer or acquire any means of access.

[2013 Highest 1756] On January 2013, the Defendant was issued KRW 100,000,000 after he transferred the passbook and physical card in the name-based bank account (C) under the name of the Defendant to the name-free person who was aware of the passbook prior to the second exit area of Guro-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
