1. Around February 7, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “C” online game “C” was sold at the PC room located in Incheon, and the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D who reported and contacted this letter as if he were to sell the game machine normally.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the game money.

Nevertheless, at around 21:15 on the same day from the victim, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above, and received KRW 230,000 from the E bank account F in the name of the Defendant, and acquired KRW 1,494,200 in total from the victim 21 times from February 7, 2019 to April 3, 2019, as shown in the annexed crime list.

2. A thief: (a) around March 23, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by holding a 400,000 won of the market price posted at the back seat of the taxi located at the victim H from the numberless taxi located at the entrance of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G market to Man-dong; (b) around March 23, 2019, with one string, two string cards; and (c) one string driver’s license.

[2019 Highest 2594] Around March 15, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “C” online game in the PC room located in Incheon located, and then false statement was made to the victim I who reported and contacted this article to the effect that the Defendant would normally sell the game money.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the game money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 117,00 from the victim to the J account (Account Number K) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
