1. The Defendant delivers to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and deliver the building from August 11, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. On June 10, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a building listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant KRW 1.4 million; (b) at the time, the period of lease was two years (which can be extended by June 10, 2026 under mutual agreement) and two months or more; and (c) the lease contract was automatically terminated at the time of default of rent.

The defendant pays only rent by August 10, 2017, and later does not pay rent.

The lease contract is terminated by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case.
