A. The Defendants, in collusion with E from April 2017, recruited investors for C online goods in collusion with E at the “H” office located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G located in Jeondong-gu, Seoul, and Defendant A and E, around June 2, 2017, transferred the money paid by the investors to the victim I in the form of bitcoin, to C head office located in the United States of America, and the head office using artificial intelligence robots.
