A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

A. The Defendant, along with C and D, conspireds to explain the investment of online goods B by many unspecified persons and to receive investment funds in a multi-stage manner, using the social atmosphere in which the interest in virtual currency, such as B and B, and the investment heat is enhanced, and C shared the role of registering virtual accounts on the B Internet homepage, which appears to have management of investment proceeds, and the Defendant and D shared the role of inviting investors and explaining the investment by individuals.

From April 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with C and D, recruited investors in B online goods at the “I” office located in Jeonjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, Seoul Metropolitan City H, and on June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred money paid by the investor to B head office located in the U.S. A. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. B in the head office; and (b) paid profits from trading with B-Cos using artificial intelligence robots at the head office;

B If investments are made in B, high-amount profits can be paid, and artificial intelligence robots are linked to the world bitco exchanges.
