Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a believers that supports D's pastors who are the pastors of the C church located in Yong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jeonjin-gu, and the victim E (M, 43) is a faith opposing the above pastors.

At around 09:30 on May 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was under the control of the movement of the said victim to the nearest from the edge of the principal branch of the political party, and was assaulted twice by the said victim on two occasions by hand.
