The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. The summary of the facts charged is a teacher who attends a D church in Seo-gu, Gwangju, and is an operator of the NAV carpet “E”.

On May 18, 2015, at the office of G Private Teaching Institutes located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, around 16:38, the Defendant “this is a church entry” in the above NAV car page.

2. Determination

A. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, the following facts are acknowledged.

① D church in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City is divided into the members supporting M who are standing pastors and the members opposing the standing pastors, and reflected against each other.

② Of the D church members, the members opposed to the D church pastor are organized and operated “E” (hereinafter referred to as “E”), and the Defendant was engaged in activities under E, such as managing the NAT operated by E.

③ On May 17, 2015, D churches continued voting at the second floor of the above church to elect the existence of the above church, such as the head of the church, the office and the association.

④ In the above wedding room around 17:30 where voting was in progress, H, a member of E, was the chairperson of the management committee of the above election, i.e., why he/she did not have the right to vote.
