The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the facts set forth in the evidence Nos. 15 through 17 are followed, or where the facts alleged by the defendant are not sufficient to recognize the facts of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

If so, the decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
