Reasons
The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning in this case is as follows: (a) even if the evidence Nos. 29 and 30 is shown, the fact-finding of the first instance court or the defendant’s assertion is insufficient; (b) it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and therefore, (c) it is acceptable in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
If so, the decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
