Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a personal entrepreneur who runs a business, such as te, with the trade name of “E” in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around March 5, 2014, the Defendant is a business owner who subcontracted the construction of the extension and remodeling of the “H building” building in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from F, the owner of the building, KRW 486 million to July 5, 2014 and employed approximately eight workers, including I, during the period from March 6, 2014 to July 5, 2014.
