1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C shall pay 15,883,147 won and its equivalent at the rate of 20% per annum from February 15, 2016 to full payment.

Defendant Loen Construction Co., Ltd. was the commencement of the “U.S. Won-gu D Officetel and the “A.S. Urban Residential Housing Construction Corporation”. The Plaintiff was the head of the site of the above construction as an employee of the ZF Construction Co., Ltd., and Defendant B was the subcontractor who subcontracted the “DF construction” among the above construction from ZFC Construction Co., Ltd., and Defendant C was the employee of Defendant B Co., Ltd., the head of the site of the above construction.

The construction of this case is called 'the construction of this case'

B. On October 23, 2013, E died due to an empty space between a work plate and a building, which was moved to work on the 7th floor of the instant construction site on October 23, 2013.

The "accident of death" is called the "accident of this case".

C. In relation to the instant accident, in the case of the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Decision 2014Kadan360 on May 21, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant C must jointly install a work launch plate by means of assembling the strings in a place where workers might fall or fall down, etc. In a place where workers might fall down, and safety belts shall be installed in a structure with sufficient strength to protect the safety distress, fences, vertical fall-off net or cover, etc. In a place where the work launch plate and the passage are finished or opened, and where it is difficult to install the safety screen, a safety screen shall be installed. If it is difficult to install the safety screen, a safety screen shall be installed at a height of at least 2 meters.
