A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who drives B Poter II cargo vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury)
On June 15, 2019, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven and proceeded with the above cargo at a three-way distance front of the Fengdong Fe-si, Sim-si. In such a case, the Defendant had a duty of care to take care of the driver of the vehicle, who is well aware of the front and rear sides and the left and right of the front, and to accurately operate the steering gear and the brakes, thereby preventing accidents.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by the foregoing occupational negligence, caused the victim I (the 25-year old-old) of the above KS5 driver in a part of the neck, etc. which requires approximately two weeks of treatment; (b) caused the scambling of the saw that there is no damage to the sawtop that requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim E; (c) caused the driver E of the frane in a cule’s scam base, etc.; (d) the injury of the fluor’s chill, tension, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim J (the 27-year old-old-age-old-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-age-age-of-age-age-of-age-age-of-age-of-age-age-of-age-age-of-age-age-of-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-related treatment;
