1. Conclusion of insurance contracts and the death of the insured;

A. On July 25, 2012, the network C of the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “the deceased”) concluded with the Defendant a non-distribution and integrated insurance contract (1204) with the Deceased as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

Under the instant insurance contract, 150,000 won shall be paid as death insurance money where the insured dies due to an injury: Provided, That the insured shall not be paid insurance money for an accident caused by intention, but where the insured has damaged himself/herself in a situation where he/she is unable to make a free decision due to mental disorder, etc., insurance money shall be paid

The relevant provisions of the insurance contract of this case are as follows.

Article 15 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall pay the insured insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following causes occurs to the insured:

1. Death insurance proceeds: In cases of death as a direct result of an injury during the insurance period, injury to the definition of the terms for the payment of the insurance coverage amount: Reasons for not paying the insurance proceeds under Article 17: (1) A company shall not prevent insurance proceeds when a cause for payment of insurance proceeds occurs due to any of the following cases:
