Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The accused is a person who is engaged in driving a franchise-low driver car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, the Road Traffic Act, and the Road Traffic Act;

At around 02:50 on March 21, 2015, the Defendant left to the left of the front distance of the D Hospital located in Gwangju Northern-gu C from the long distance.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim G (the 28 years of age) on board the said rocketing car due to occupational negligence to inflict an injury on the clife, tension, etc. in need of treatment for approximately two weeks; (b) at the same time, the Defendant did not immediately stop the said rocketing car owned by the victim H with the repair cost of KRW 482,810, such as the cost for the exchange of pans; and (c) did not take necessary measures to rescue the victim, such as making a stop immediately.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who has Branchising automobiles.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the motor vehicle without mandatory insurance as stated in Paragraph 1.
