Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

around 09:00 on November 5, 2016, the Defendant 1532, 2017, citing a mobile phone of approximately KRW 1,200,00,00 in the market price, which was set up on the floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “2017 high-level 1532”).

On October 14, 2016, the Defendant sold at KRW 20,000 the Grand Cultural Gift Co., Ltd. for KRW 30,000 in the Internet Nt.Cafever.com/Sara, etc. at “E” located in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, around 18:53 on October 14, 2016, the Defendant posted a notice of the content and read and contacted the said notice to the victim G (hereinafter referred to as “46 years old”) who opened a new bank account in KRW 20,00 in the form of a culture of KRW 30,000.

However, even if the defendant received money, he did not have the intent or ability to sell cultural merchandise coupons worth KRW 30,000 to the victim G.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 20,000 from the victim G to the H account in his name on the same day; (b) received KRW 20,000 as the selling cost of cultural merchandise coupons from the victim by deceiving the victim G; and (c) received the amount equivalent to KRW 90,000 from the victims four times as shown in the annexed crime list; and (d) obtained the benefit equivalent to the money from the said Defendant’s new bank H account in the name of the said Defendant.

For the purpose of preparing living expenses, etc., the Defendant: (a) up to October 18:30 of 201, 201, the Defendant sent an online cultural gift certificate of KRW 50,000 that is equivalent to KRW 50,000, “ 45,000 that connects the online cultural gift certificates to IDI” at a PC room where the trade name in Chuncheon was unknown prior to around October 18:30 of 201, and sold KRW 50,000 to 45,00,000 in a new bank account.”
