The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if all evidence duly adopted and examined in the court of first instance are examined, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized

Accordingly, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with the main text of Article 420

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as it is without merit. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
