2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if all evidence duly adopted and examined in the court of first instance are examined, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized
Therefore, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims should be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.
The judgment of the first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
