1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

(1) Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea on September 10, 2012 as a visa for D-4 (General Training) and changed to F-2 (resident) visa around February 17, 2014, as a visa on September 5, 2017; and Defendant A, from February 1, 2017 to May 14, 2018, is under operation of F established for the purpose of mediating studying abroad in the name of husband E around May 14, 2018.

Defendant

B entered the Republic of Korea as D-4 (General Training) visa around April 11, 2014, and served as D-2 ( Study visa) visa around September 3, 2015, as D-10 (employment visa) around March 20, 2018, as D-9 (Trade visa) visa around March 24, 2020, as an employee from May 15, 2019 to September 5, 2019.

Defendant

A granted the authority from the two-state immigration immigration office to file an electronic civil petition on behalf of the aforementioned university students, and took charge of applying for extension of the period of stay and change of the status of stay. At the two-state immigration immigration office, foreign students wishing to enter the said university located at the two-state government or both-states, they decided that they are not in a normal distance to normally attend the said university if they do not reside at the two-state government or both-state government office.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the restriction on the employment of foreigners shall employ any person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant employed B who did not obtain the status of stay from May 15, 2019 to September 5, 2019 as an employee, and employed G who did not obtain the status of stay to work from November 4, 2019 to June 4, 2020, and sought to enter the said university.
