【Criminal Facts】

Defendant, habitually,

1. On March 25, 2012, at least 17:20, the Plaintiff: (a) opened a driver’s seat room in front of the tennis Dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, which was located in the comprehensive playground of resignation; (b) opened a string room in which the victim C did not correct D private taxi; and (c) took a theft with 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) two copies of cash cards; (e) three copies of credit cards; and (e) one cM handbabba, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 110,000 in the market price; and (e) one cM handbaba, the amount of which is equivalent to KRW 280,00 in the market

2. On June 6, 2012, around 01:00, the victim G was stolen with one EL mobilephone (SH860) and one 100,000 won in cash, which was contained in the victim’s market price at a level equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, in front of the F Pharmacy in Chang Sea-gu, Changwon-si, Seoul, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim G was able to breathly under the influence of alcohol.

3. Around 01:00 as of June 6, 2012, the Plaintiff opened a door that was parked at the H apartment parking lot in the Seocho-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si without correction of the IB car and the victim J-owned market price was thefted with one Samsung Smartphone and an amount amounting to KRW 300,000 in the market price.

4. On the same date as described in paragraph 3, a door was opened between 01:00 and 05:00 on the date, where a fire fighting vehicle was not corrected at an influence place in the vicinity of the Jinhae-gu, Jingu, Changwon-si, and one set of the fluence wall owned by the fire victim and the theft was committed.
