A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

"2014 Highest 3260"
1. On May 30, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the said company by presenting to the Changwon 2 factory of the victim ELD Electronic Co., Ltd. located in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and by presenting the employee card of the person who was already found, and then stolen the said factory building on four occasions as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time to October 2, 2014, the Defendant stolen the property worth approximately KRW 4.8 million in total on five occasions.

2. On January 12, 2015, at the entrance parking lot of Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, 128-ro, 53-ro, 3, 4, the Defendant discovered that the freight cars owned by the victim C are parked, opened an unreceptic door, and cut off with one lower-level, and one lower-level, 100,000 won of the market price, with one lower-level, and one lower-level, with a copy of the lower-level card.

At around 12:00 on February 4, 2015, the Defendant discovered that the Fpoter freight cars owned by the victim E are parked at the entrance parking lots of the above wooden apartment, and opened an unrecepted door, and cut off with 100,000 won of the market price and 1 copy of the Hpos terminal, and cut off with 10,000 won of the Hpos terminal.

At around 17:40 on February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) when the Defendant was in the window 1 factory of the Victim LAB Co., Ltd. located in Changwon-si, Sungwon-si; (b) when he was in the company shuttle bus moving to the Changwon2 factory; (c) when he was in the company shuttle bus moving to the Changwon2 factory, on February 28, 2015, around 01:0, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s property by putting in the Defendant’s food vinyl, which was kept in the air conditioning of the cafeteria-dong restaurant cafeteria, and around February 28, 2015, while being in custody in the air conditioning of the cafeteria, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s property.
