Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving a rocketing motor vehicle on the national highway No. 400 new 46, Jinyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoul National Highway No. 19:00, on the ground that, on the road No. 47 prior to Choyang-si, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim with the aforementioned string vehicle on the ground that, on the road No. 47 prior to Choyang-si, the low string vehicle driven by the victim C ( South, 5 years old); (c) avoided the speed after the passing of the damaged motor vehicle; (d) threatened the victim with the said string vehicle at the speed of up to four minutes while continuing to follow the damaged motor vehicle; and (d) threatened the victim with the said rocketing motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object by a retaliationing to injure the body of the victim.
