1. Summary of the plaintiff's assertion

A. The Defendant promised that the Plaintiff, who sells chemical drugs, etc. with the trade name of “C,” “C, success in the development of D liquid products that can reduce at least 70% of the settlings generated in the process of sewage treatment or water purification,” upon false and exaggerated publicity, requested the conclusion of an agency contract, and that “if there is any problem in the product, the Defendant will be responsible for all the expenses that the Plaintiff invested. The Defendant will settle the expenses incurred later from the value of supply.”

B. The Plaintiff, who believed this, concluded an agency contract with the Defendant and went throughout the country for about four years, provided public relations and installation of facilities for D liquid products, and provided labor expenses of KRW 101,80,00,00, labor expenses of KRW 120,839,413, and KRW 222,639,413, but the Plaintiff incurred damages equivalent to the above amount due to the failure to reduce sludges.

C. Therefore, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for damages of the above KRW 222,639,413.

2. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 21, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant with respect to the supply and sale of D liquid won products (hereinafter “instant goods”).
