Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2016, at around 21:38, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.073% from the 4km underground parking lot located in the same Gu from the front of the building located in the Seogu Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the Hanbrost underground parking lot located in the same Gu.
